Management and head office have no clue what it's actually like on the 'frontline'. No pay rises for 10 years, now we are getting 4.5% yet they've taken away ALL enhancements and benefits for antisocial hours, sleep ins etc so in reality it is a real terms pay cut and they are so far away from matching inflation rises it's laughable.
