  Treatment from management treated unfairly sometimes often with disrespect and disregard feel like my voice isn’t heard sometimes and depending on the management and style of management can make for a toxic work place when targets aren’t met each week and certain things aren’t met making me not wanting to work there also higher levels of staff senior roles and store managers can be manipulative often making you feel your in the wrong , I also feel when I’m sick I cannot call in sick and have to work a shift depending on who’s in because I will be feeling I can’t say no or I will be in trouble
