Apart from the manager and a few others I get along with a large majority of the colleagues, they are the only reason iv stuck with it so long.
Worst thing
It is very obvious that the head office only care about the numbers and profit and not the staff in stores. Constantly adding more and more tasks onto the list but not providing extra hours to be able to get more staff on shifts to cover the tasks, but if something is missed complain.
