    Southern Co-op Employee, March 2022

  • Best thing

There are some really great duty managers in stores but it's really a mixed bag of what you will get, your colleagues will make or break your job working in retail. Breaks are also paid and as long as you work for more than 6hours you get half an hour.

    3.2

    Southern Co-op Employee, February 2022

  • Best thing

Can be more stringent than most employers about ensuring you finish on time.

    Worst thing

Last minute rota changes, lack of training for the actual job role, consistently understaffed, do not account for availability issues when creating rotas, lack of involvement from management, work itself is very repetitive. Overall sense that they always want more without accommodating staff more.
