Best thing
The team is amazing
Worst thing
We as a staff of cowshed not being paid enough and most feel unappreciated.
The only benefit we get is 50% of staff discount on cowshed products. No other benefits and waiting for pay rise more then a year.
We use to have lots of staff benefits before Covid but all been cancelled.
Even if yiy have gap between treatments you always have to do something as manger hats seeing you seat or have a break.Soho House Employee, September 2023

Best thing
Some of the friends i’ve made through work.
Worst thing
The service charge paying our wages and not actually getting any of the tips customers give us.
The disrespect within the workplace and the hierarchy. The lower down the ‘food chain’ you are, the more you’re disrespected.
The lack of help you get from managers.
Always being short staffed because they don’t want to pay an extra person.
No recognition for any valued member of staff.Soho House Waitress, April 2023
