Select Lifestyles job reviews

  • Best thing

Good social atmosphere, your able to do activities with clients. The staff also are good to work with and some of the clients are enjoyable to work with.

    Worst thing

Clients can be very challenging and put you safety at risk. It can be very short staff and staff can be overworked and not paid more for their efforts if running severely short. You don’t get paid for your hour break which technically you do not take as you can’t go off site for your break you have to stay with your client. There are no incentives, such as more pay for working with challenging or if you have more responsibilities than other staff. No sick pay only ssp which is nothing.
