Securitas don’t seem to be able to solve problems

- Very poor quality and scarce training
- Feeling used and undervalued, a common issue amongst all staff in the organisation
- Any kind of feedback it's unappreciated and immediately dismissed
- Regimental discipline, total lack of respect for the needs of each member of staff
- Rigid shifts, regular delays receiving confirmation on holidays requests
- Very little flexibility considering the needs of employees
- Total disregard for the mental wellbeing of staff, patronising and extremely careless for helping on these issues
- Zero commitment making adjustments for staff with special needs
- Constant struggles and confrontations with the union and its representatives
- Continuous update of tasks and duties without proper training
- Managers don't offer any kind of support when complaints against employees are raised, they rather blame always employees

Shift work.

Overtime pay, blanket punishment, understaffed holidays

I love the actual job, helping the clients get to where they need to be and getting to know them.

No training when changes are made, no information about what is happening on site that affects reception and no communication from managers
