  Well I enjoy welding and it’s very satisfying when I lay a really nice weld also it can be quite therapeutic

  The stress of trying to meet the daily quota on time and if I do lay a bad weld the quality control man can be mean

  10 hour shifts 4 days a week, no bonus, 22 days holidays, 6am starts work no matter the weather welding in heatwaves floods and very cold conditions in winter
