Best thing
Colleagues on the shopfloor
Worst thing
The amount of people that have left the job in the last 18 months and not been replaced, but those still there are expected to work 3 - 4 times harder to fill in the gaps left by the people who have, left and the way managers to talk to you

The driving side is easy and rewarding, you are under no pressure or stress.
