    It’s boosted my confidence completely, I used to be quite nervous and shy when talking to people and I can certainly say I’m better at it now. No day is the same either, all sorts of people come in to the store on a daily basis.

    It can be stressful sometimes, and sometimes it does feel very repetitive and boring. Rude customers too.

    Great company to work for however the changes over the last few years mean more work less colleagues. Managers are more office based since the removal of hr - they do not have enough time to do their job

    My colleagues are some of my friends so I enjoy spending time with them.

    The them and us attitude between colleagues and managers is getting worse every year. To the point a colleague was told “you are not here to think for yourself you’re here to do as your told”
    Ridiculous behaviour towards certain departments by management nowadays.
