    Very tight, the management and head office really let the place down with ignoring pressing issues and not providing budget where it it is needed. Very understaffed most of the time.

    the store manger and team leaders are lovely people to work with and are understanding.
    colleges are also nice to but its sometimes hard to interact with them

    pay is quite poor , i think it should be higher than it is for the work i do
    and they are always short on staff and so hours are always extended.
