    I get to work inside a skateboarding shop

    Worst thing

    No overtime pay. I can’t get more hours. I can’t get cover if i’m sick 9/10 times. Not allowed to purchase or put my staff discount on my favourite shoe (Nike sb dunks). Head Office doesn’t listen at all, nor do they seem to care.
