  • Best thing

Fun, rewarding once you get the hang of it

    Worst thing

    Stressful at first

    8.2

Rock Up General assistant, January 2024

  • Best thing

It is a very fun job overall especially as the people you work with are around the same age. It is a very relaxed and chilled job with not a lot to worry about

    Worst thing

Rarely being given shifts, when you are given shifts the Manager removes them if they have "too many people working" or gone "over budget" however it seems to always be the same peoples shifts which are being removed. There is a lot of work drama and A LOT of favourtism. As it is a kids place it is harder to get shifts during term time which then means you are not working a lot and your monthly pay is very very low for example less that £100 a month. It is hard to get shifts
