    Having mental health issues and feeling pressure at work to come in and work when I don't feel up for it mentally. Having pressure to feel guilty if you need time off. Never getting a pay rise at all. 11 years service and no pay rise is a real blow to feeling valued. Hours of store getting cut and still having to maintian high standards on less staff
