RGIS job reviews

  • Best thing

It is an easy job for the most part.
    There are worse jobs.
    Work somewhere different every day.

    Worst thing

The job is only easy if the customer prepares properly and works with us and not against us.
The hours can be exhausting as there is no set finish time, you could work a 50+ hour week (not including travel) due to poor staffing, staff not being trained correctly, managed correctly or pulling their weight and deciding not to show up for shifts.
Too many staff not pulling their weight.
Management unwilling to manage the staff - for example staff getting away with things they shouldn't leading to more staff ignoring rules.
Bonus scheme is almost impossible to get any money out of.
