    After working extremely hard to hit all of the many targets given to get any commission from the client, ResQ then create any reasons to deduct upto 90% of it back off you...leaving you with hardly anything and them taking it all from you every month.

    The management have no respect or care for their staff, they make the job look brilliant to new staff but once you're in the job you're made to feel like you're just another name on the rota.
