    Have changed roles recently my new boss is very understanding ,he makes me feel part of the team, and I do a lot of metal fabrication which I specialise in,

    Have to wear a lot of PPE to protect the products not just yourself,sometimes have too many people trying to tell me what to do, departments don’t work as a team,and all have different standards
