  No sick pay, always short staffed shifts (management doesn't care-they will still require 100%efficiency from 1 person), advanced machines - not enough skilled engineers so line runner deals with problems on his own, sometimes you are relocated to different shift on the very last minute without apologies, line runner is never appreciated, poor health and safety, completely lack of communication from planning (Radnor 's planning loves to change the plan without informing the production and they will blame the production) . Not enough people (Radnor thinks that more people is not needed)
