Being your own boss is brilliant, tools, fuel, parts and equipment supplied by the company and readily re stocked when needed etc. self sufficient and when doing the job right no mither from management
Sometimes it feels like between departments a full breakdown of each other’s role is not understood, customers lead to expect too much or un achievable goals by patrols, taken out then on csc, needs to be more close knit and informed
