Best thing
Working with the pupils and families. Staff team are great whom you work alongside in the classrooms. Catering staff are amazing
Worst thing
Not supported effectively in the work place, sometimes no breaks. Not enough staff. High expectations of IT used with no training to support. Expected to act up as a lead with no extra pay or recognition. If you become stressed with conditions not enough support or conditions of work are improved. No appraisal or supervision for LSA staff who are the glue working for the college
