Quarriers Employee, March 2021
I love my job because I am helping adults with severe disabilities live a happy, healthy & as normal as can be life
Too much paperwork being asked of support workers. It takes us away from the people we support & too many work colleagues think nothing if going off sick leaving place short staffed.
