Nothing really, I hated every minute in there. As a new member of staff, I was told that multiple people are already planning to leave because they didn’t like it there

-pay is ridiculous some people get as low as £3.00 an hour
-management doesn’t really care about you and expects a lot
- it’s hard to fit in with other colleges especially as a new member of staff
