    managers are understanding when it comes to sick days and mental health etc

    managers can sometimes be non chalant about how customers treat employees
    there is a weird hierarchy with the supervisors and managers and it feels like the retail assistants dont get enough say on what goes on
    theres no special rate of pay for overtime
    breaks are unpaid
