    Management is toxic.
    Group chats are negative and put you down constantly. You never get praise or acknowledgement for how hard you work, only what staff are doing wrong.
    Dodgy policies are pit in place that aren't legal.

    Morning and night shifts are great if you want a social life, apart from that not much.

    Afternoon shifts means that day is gone for you, no questions asked. You can also complain about issues at your site, go back to work and nothing will have changed.

    Shifts can finish at 23:00, but you’ll start again at 6:15am, then they’ll complain if you say you’re tired or need a break,

    Suitable hours can be flexible on various contracts and days.
    Pay per progression can be good.
    Apprenticeship programs if you are interested.
    No pressure to work up the ladder of you dont wish to.
