    Cheap food. Sometimes decent discounts on hotels. Sometimes good staff to work with.

    Hours cut drastically to save the company money. The company only care about shareholders and don’t see team members as people who have their own lives with things to pay for. Their primary goal is to make us work harder for less hours and less pay.
