The people. I’m the baby Of my shop and they all look after me but there can be times you’re rang up and sent to another shop - they do cover fare but they don’t cover time and sometimes they can send you 1.5 hours away which isn’t bad until you realise that you have to be in for 7.30 so set off at 6.30 and probably wake up at about 5am.

Understaffed one second and over staffed the next.
Can’t ever phone in sick you have to go to work sick and if they think you’re sick enough they will see you home. If you’re working a 6 hour day you’re on your feet for 6 hours with a 15 minute break.

Friendly staff
Work long hours don't get paid breaks so work work extra hours which I don't get paid for. Go in early to get stuff done and stay late don't get paid and not appreciated
