What are office managers saying about pay at the Post Office?

  • Best thing

Working alongside a team who has my back against any customers and who will answer any query i may have.

    Worst thing

We are expected to sell more expensive postage for customers who don’t want it, which in turn effects our score weekly. With staff budget cuts we cannot make our team bigger, meaning a few times a week a staff member is on their own for an hour during breaks, this also mean it’s hard to be trained, a lot of it is learnt as you go. Little team but little pay for everyone.
