Stupid hours of work, not allowed holidays over Christmas. Rota like 4 days before yet holidays need to be booked 2 months in advance. Management expect me to work my ass off for minimum wage, which at the moment is shockingly low.

The job can be fun, comes with cool perks like free ice skating lessons and everyone is very friendly.

Head office aren't willing to put any money into making things how they should, if they work with our maximum effort then that is how they will run it. We are severely understaffed.
