    My colleagues are friendly

    Worst thing

    The stress, the lack of staff, the lack of resources, focus on building rather than the staff. When someone leaves they drop all do the responsibility onto a small team than employ more. Constantly cut budgets leaving all departments so fragile that if anyone calls in sick (which happens often) they whole system falls apart
