What people are saying about pay at Pizza Hut
-
Best thing
The staff and the job itself I love the job and the people I could spend all day just chatting to my coworkers
Worst thing
Low pay, busy
Pizza Hut Back of house, November 2023
-
Best thing
Lovely people to work with and nice atmosphere most of the time.
Worst thing
Age based pay is unfair as I work more efficient than others being paid more than me. The constant pressure of doing more than your job and doing two peoples' jobs as always understaffed because of the companies rules on labour amount.
Pizza Hut Kitchen staff, November 2023
-
Best thing
The people I work with
Worst thing
The pay, the toxic environment
Pizza Hut Pizza chef, June 2023
-
Best thing
Free food
Worst thing
Stress
Managers
Co workers
PayPizza Hut Front of house staff, May 2023
-
Best thing
The friends you make along the way
Worst thing
Understaffed, underpaid, undervalued, overworked, not enough training, employs 16 year olds so it’s a easier payout, managers talk smack about the team constantly, managers are sometimes disgustingly rude about everyone there, the team do whatever their want without any repercussion, staff that have been there the longest are overlooked, and not treated well. overall, it’s a toxic work place to stay in, and I wouldn’t recommend not even someone I hate to work there
