    Stressful, not paid enough for the amount of work required, new staff are put on the worst parts of the job, see staff members breaking down constantly, not enough breaks, asked to work til 12am some nights regardless of age

    Getting paid minimum wage, had no training to start off with and was thrown in the deep end having no previous experience. Constantly getting scheduled to work when i have college and short breaks

    No holiday pay, no tips, rude customers, no paid breaks, zero hours, rota done night before week commencing. Favourites get nice shifts ie 6/9pm busy drive leave that's it. others get close, so all the shit n cleaning, few long distance drops so you lose money. I'm off min I can. I been doing it 10 years and it was ok but last few years no money in it and customers pay online and are just meaner...just don't do it..
