I only like 2 other delivery drivers.
Manegment, our store is too narrow to be fully efficient, manegment have no idea what goes on on the road and why delivery times are getting longer. (Traffic, traffic lights, idiot drivers, customers not answering doors) we usually speed to try and make up for it but it's still not good enough for the higher ups as the numbers are wrong, what else can we do?
Oh and constant refuelling, where it feels like you're not being reimbursed as much as you're spending. We get a pound a delivery but that amount doesn't change for how far (or fast) you have to drive per delivery. Not just fuel, it really takes a toll on your car. (Tyres every 4 months, oil (my car is 26 years old though), I've worked here for 2 years and it's killed on 4 year old car and killed the clutch on my current car. I think that's all the negatives, I'll think of more when I submit this.
