Good bunch of boys to work with and money is good.
Shift works well around my family.
Worst thing
Management and higher up don’t really understand how things work on factory floor.
Breaks are too short. We have 40 minutes for break, but only really 20-25 minutes max In the canteen, as by the time we clock out on the floor, then walk up to the locker room and get changed, toilet, walk to canteen, and then walk back to the canteen and get changed to go back down. Best thing
Good job. Work colleagues are all great and get along with each other.
Worst thing
Breaks are short by the time you factor in getting changed from overalls into your own clothes and then back to overalls when going back from break. Takes 10 mins off your 40 mins break
