    Promised hours regularly get cut, always going on about Labour Labour Labour instead of making sure staff have the hours they need and are happy. A LOT of micromanaging from GMs and head office, very critical and not a lot of praise and never provide support or guidance if you do things wrong. Publicly calling people out and ridiculing them on Yapster instead of speaking with them quietly.

    Rota released 2-3 days in advance, breaks only given if you work 9+ hours, tips/service charge unfair, low pay for my role, problems always the fault of the lower ranked staff.
