  Asm and SM were friends before co workers. So if you had a issue it wouldn't be ha dle as a work issue like friends. Just awkward

  Horrible management - Have their favourites and very biased, Although customers are being really rude we will still get in trouble, not being paid for overtime, shifts that can fit into 2 days being spread out to 5 days even knowing circumstances, very harsh on KPI’s

  I have the days I need to work around my childcare. Members of my team that have became life long friends.

  Stress and targets, ever changing, can be too much, a lot of pressure, a lot for store managers to do. Taking work home. Pay.

  Management do nothing and expect sales associated to run around for them, managers can also be very rude. Staff are treated unequally and some are paid higher than others for the same role.
