Best thing
The staff
Worst thing
Getting shifts last minute

Best thing
Best things is that the team is quite close to my age so we all get along well and everyone is nice.
Worst thing
The new management are extremely incompetent and clueless, not an earthly clue as to what is going on inside the place and the pay as a 19 year old is genuinely horrid, i know 16 year olds getting ÂŁ14 an hour. Quite frankly a waste of time to even consider joining oxygen.

Best thing
The team - everybody gets along well
The managers chip in and don’t just sit and do nothing they get on the park and monitor.
I enjoy the fact that every day is different.
Worst thing
I’d have to say when people don’t listen to clear instructions or when members of staff are stuck on one area of the park for a long time due to people not wanting to move.

Best thing
At the derby park, definitely the staff.
The pay is good for my age but we don’t get enough hours so it doesn’t balance.Worst thing
The hours.
Gets boring and you have nothing to do.Receptionist at Oxygen Indoor Activity Parks, October 2023
