    Shifts are usually awkward, can't gain a normal sleeping pattern which messed with staffs mental health, no real pay rise only when fitting with minimum wage with poor use of review as there is no benifit for staff for them

    Everything the whole place is a shambles and people leave and go on the sick for anxiety caused by the job and they don’t care it’s no wonder there’s such I highly turn over in staff
