What people are saying about sick pay at Ocado
-
Best thing
If you finish a route early and you complete 80% of your shift you go home early and get full salary. That’s it
Worst thing
Stressful, unorganised, management and planning are awful, all over the place, no proper breaks, poor tax management, they work to illegal rules eg: tire condition

Best thing
The job is very simple and most of the time I'm outside instead being inside a warehouse
Worst thing
The pay and also the unpaid breaks

Best thing
Just being paid
Worst thing
Antisocial hours, no breaks, no toilet or food, stressful environments with no assistance, no rear visibility in the van, silly route planning IE immensely long and poorly thought out. No flexibility, I'm underpaid by £1150 approx, no say on the rota, easily blamed for damage you don't cause to the van, the van interiors are NOT CLEANED they're disgusting, Injury causing, the marshaling takes ages IE 20mins to 1hr in some cases. No pay for petrol money if you have a long commute. Site covers are inexcusable
