Great discounts and a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth. Provides plenty of flexibility for students with study leave allowed during exam time. Great people on my team and regional managers and those in head office seem to care about those on the shop floor.

Management haven't got a clue, head office only interested if your face fits, constantly moving the goal posts as to what you're meant to be doing, targets etc.
Management have this "if you don't like it work somewhere else" attitude.Give with one hand but take with the next, when there is a pay rise the commission structure changes for the worse so you never really see an increase.
