Constant stress and pressure being piled on by other projects and expecting the service desk to absorb the fallout. No budget to increase staff for the service desk yet expected to deal with increasing workloads as other dept increase staff. Measures put in place to assist mental health now being withdrawn as covid crisis is easing. NHS great at looking after the mental health of the nation provided you don't actually work for the NHS
