  Readability good pay for role, good holiday allowance.
  Good support for sickness.

  Worst thing

  Lazypeople and poor attendance are not dealt with.
  Workload is such that in some instances it is difficult to get a proper break.
  People take advantage of sickness support.
  Broken down equipment can take weeks, months or even years to be fixed or replaced.
  Upper management don't seem to have a clue about day to day challenges, or don't care.
  Toxic people are not dealt with.
