There isn't. Horrible place to work at the moment. They don't care about their workers and they certainly don't care about their passengers and customers! It's all a big cash grab at the moment.
Worst thing
Under payed, over worked. The higher management are all micro managers and treat everyone like kids. They will treat you like slaves. It's all one big witch hunt lately and the more senior workers are being pushed out.

Senior management and some collegues are bullies, very rude, disrespectful but still make it to the top and nobody does anything about it. Line manager doesn’t care. Too many cooks paid too much at the top and it’s all tax payers money so many highly paid senior managers are not needed they don’t treat lower paid staff well and can be patronizing and disrespectful. Awful I do not recommend. Lots of people are leaving.
