Best thing
The ability to buy extra holidays
Worst thing
Don’t get to pick your shifts, time off is rarely approved. No concept of mental health awareness. Narcissistic managers. Treated like a number and not a person. Bullied in to leaving or being told to ‘find another job’ when you raise an issue they don’t agree with.

Best thing
Excellent support with career development and plenty of development opportunities. Treated like an adult and like a person, not just a number. Brilliant atmosphere and team spirit even when working from home. Always receive support from managers and senior managers when struggling or if a personal event/circumstance is affecting you.
Worst thing
When working in the office there is not enough parking so not always guaranteed a space so have to walk from a local street.
