    You get to work in beautiful locations

    Uncaring and biased senior management - feels more like a public school network. Little or no development - middle management and below treated like second class citizens

    Beautiful locations with a variety to do.
    Holiday hours are good.

    Management treat staff very poorly.
    High expectations for very poor pay.
    Holiday is great but not allowed to take Holiday over certain times of the year.
    No development opportunities.
    Sometimes work for free and get unpaid breaks and travel to work.
