    You can feel like you're genuinely supporting a good cause, both in terms of heritage and environmental conservation as well as providing a good visitor experience.

    Morale across the team is generally low due to high expectations from higher-ups, alongside chronic understaffing and lack of resources. High risk of exploitation due to passion for cause and desire to do good.

    Inflexible hours, you work a full day which is sometimes tricky balancing with other aspects of life. Hard to always get in contact with managers ect and our rotors are on paper and so are hard to sometimes keep up on, also feel guilty for asking for days off.

    Uncaring and biased senior management - feels more like a public school network. Little or no development - middle management and below treated like second class citizens

    High expectations for very poor pay.
    Holiday is great but not allowed to take Holiday over certain times of the year.
    No development opportunities.
    Sometimes work for free and get unpaid breaks and travel to work.
