    Worst thing

    Management, people and shift management

    3.3

National Express Bus driver, July 2023

  • Best thing

    The driving ( I love driving )

    Worst thing

The shift hours. One day I’m doing days and the next I’m doing nights with hardly any time to change my sleep pattern between. I really struggle and don’t get any extra pay for nights/weekends.

National Express Coach driver, March 2023

  • Best thing

    Decent pay, nice managers

    Worst thing

Long hours, very low work life balance

    7.6

National Express Coach driver, October 2022

  • Best thing

The free bus travel and discounted coach travel along with the large amount of downtime even tho there are no official breaks make it a pretty decent job.

    Worst thing

No AC, poor training, poor induction, lack of communication between yourself and your higher ups even when about your own contract, what u apply for may not be what you get, example applied for 8pm-12pm shift on weekly pay, got hired for that role and was place immediately onto a 3pm-8pm shift on monthly pay without my notice :(
