    It is like a playground. Everyone from all ages just gossips about one another. Cannot get much work done with people who cannot do their job properly.

    It pays the National Living Wage to everyone over the age of 18, rather than minimum wage. And you get paid breaks and food on shift.

    Worst thing

    Honestly, the worst part about working at Nando's is the average clientele that frequent Nando's are rude. It seems to appeal to younger people who often show little to no manners.
