What people are saying about sick pay at Nando’s

  • Best thing

If you like Nando’s you get a free meal every break, breaks are paid (up to 30 mins), the staff and atmosphere at work are lovely, and the pay is pretty good.

    Worst thing

When it’s busy it gets very stressful, although we are never understaffed, there are still lots of responsibilities on shift. It is extremely tiring: there are much more manual tasks than I thought there would be, so you have to be quite strong (it’s not just serving food).

    Good rate of pay
    Paid breaks
    Flexible shifts

    Worst thing

Understaffed so shifts are usually stressful

    Nando’s Employee, November 2021

  • Best thing

I can take as much breaks as i want until my job is completely done by the time it has to be done.

    Worst thing

Noone respects the managers. The whole team is too loose.
