Worst thing
The managers for the most part are extremely unprofessional and act like children. Your pay also gets lowered for a week if you call in sick. There is no support for people with mental health problems

Best thing
The perks of being able to use the arcade for free outside work hours
Worst thing
I don't find out my rota until the day before the next working week, meaning that planning things is extremely difficult. Also, if you are late or call in sick, your hourly pay goes from 9.50 an hour to minimum wage for the rest of the week

Best thing
Other members of staff and good supportive management.
Worst thing
Rota always given like five days before which is annoying.
