Staff discount is the only good thing I’d say.
Worst thing
Payed less than other staff for the same job, we have rats they won’t do anything about, very unsanitary and is never cleaned, very bad products, lies about prices, expects 110% effort constantly with no incentive to work hard. And a bonus scheme that’s never achieved as they set the targets at double what the store normally takes on a good week.
