  • Best thing

    Staff discount

  • Best thing

Friendly colleagues, fairly straightforward tasks, decent pay.

    Worst thing

No sick pay, no paid breaks, rota's could be given more in advance, often only one working in my department meaning lots of work expected to be done even if you don't have the time, often can be a stressful environment, very little physical training at the beginning of my job.

    3.3

    Morrisons Customer assistant, August 2023

  • Best thing

The people I work with, for the most part, are great.

    Worst thing

Lack of resources and help. Little training. Often have to perform multiple roles in the one shift due to lack of staff, while expected to get all the work done for your own role. Often lose breaks due to this. No benefits other than discount.
