    The people - really talented, people are kind and helpful.
    The job is rewarding.

    Worst thing

    Shifts can be between 6am-10pm 7 days a week.
    Contracts are vague offering little protection.
    Sick pay is poor.
    Pretty much no autonomy and tracked in everything you do.
